Who is responsible

Group Promotions Limited is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. To contact us about privacy, use the contact form on this website and mark your message 'Privacy'.

What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address, company, and anything you write in your message. We use it to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

When you browse: we measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites. It records anonymous counts such as pages viewed, referring sites, country and page speed.

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. We use trusted service providers to run our website and handle email, under contracts that require them to protect your data: Cloudflare hosts the website and checks contact form submissions for spam, and our email provider delivers your message to our inbox. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work together are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for as long as the law requires, typically six years for financial records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. We will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every change is checked automatically for colour contrast, heading structure, link text and other accessibility basics before it goes live, and pages work with keyboards, screen readers and reduced-motion settings.
